Crews on Monday righted a 40-foot fishing boat that overturned in Warren, but fire officials say the vessel is still full of water.
Chief Al Galinelli of the Warren Fire Department said they are waiting for low tide to start putting water pumps in to float the boat.
The boat, called the Demi Lynn, overturned Sunday morning.
Coast Guard crews put a boom around the boat to contain any leaking fuel and oil.
The owner of the boat was not immediately known.
The cause is still under investigation.
