Apparently many Americans like to hold on to their past devices, at least in terms of old technology that is.
Gallup polled Americans about what they use in their homes and the result was a little shocking.
The poll found that 58 percent of Americans still have a VCR.
The number is declining though; it's down from 88 percent in 2005.
Officials think it's because a lot of people still have home movies on VHS and need a VCR to play them.
