      Black Bean Smoothie

      Serves 4

      Ingredients:

      1 can black beans, thoroughly rinsed1 cup silken tofu2 cups frozen mixed berries1 cup almond milk1 cup icehoney, as needed

      Method of Preparation:1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.{}2. Strain out seeds if needed.
