Identity of Warwick boating victim has been released
WARWICK, R.I. —
The Warwick Fire Department responded to the Oakland Beach area of the city late Saturday evening where the body of a missing boater was discovered.
The Department of Environmental Management has identified the body of David Hall, 57, of Warwick.
Police tell NBC 10 a man went overboard at about11 a.m. Saturday from a motorboat north of Patience Island. The Marine Task Force was activated and a Warwick fire boat discovered Hall who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The DEM is still investigating.
