Brazilian Style Grilled Churrasco Pork

Serves 6


1 pork loin, halved lengthwise

2 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lime

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Method of Preparation:

1.Combine all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. Allow to marinade in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

2.Allow pork to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before skewering and placing on a preheated charcoal grill with the skewer ends touching the edges of the grill.

3.Cook for 10 minutes on each side.
