Celebrity All-Star Softball fills McCoy
PAWTUCKET, R.I. —
A bevy of big stars filled the field at McCoy Stadium for the Jeffrey Osborne Celebrity All-Star Softball Game on Sunday night.
Joining Osborne, a Providence native, on the field were celebrities including Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, James Worthy, Smokey Robinson, Michael Carter-Williams, Ty Law and Ed Cooley among others.
The event raised $50,000 for the Jeffrey Osborne Foundation.
NBC 10's Frank Carpano and Joe Kayata also took the field and were on the East team that won, 18-16.
