      Churrasquinhos

      Serves 6

      Ingredients:

      1 pound beef tenderloin

      2 tablespoons olive oil

      2 tablespoons lemon juice

      1 tablespoon onion, minced

      1/2 pound bacon

      salt and pepper to taste

      Method of Preparation:

      1.Cut beef into 1 inch square pieces. Marinate in oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and minced onion for about one hour.

      2.Cut bacon slices in half and wrap around each cube of beef before threading onto skewers. Grill over high heat until brown, about 12 minutes.
