Curt Schilling's wife says husband's chemo 'finally done'
Shonda Schilling, wife of former Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling, says her husband has completed his chemotherapy treatments.
Shonda Schilling tweeted a photo on Tuesday.
She said that her 47-year-old husband has three radiation treatments remaining.
Curt Schilling announced in February that he has cancer, and had surgery to treat it in March. He has not specified what kind of cancer he has.
Schilling, pitched for the Red Sox from 2004 to 2007. He recorded 216 wins and 3,116 strikeouts with a 3.46 ERA during his 20-year major league career.
