Executive fired from RI Housing reinstated
The former deputy director of Rhode Island Housing is going back to her old job, and a lawsuit she filed goes away.
Gayle Corrigan was fired from Rhode Island Housing in December and then filed a wrongful termination suit saying she was fired because she exposed financial problems at the Urban League.
A statement from Rhode Island Housing said the parties agreed it was in their mutual interest to settle the action.
Prior to working at Rhode Island Housing, Corrigan was the chief of staff for the Central Falls receiver.
