Driver killed in motorcycle crash

According to Massachusetts State Police, Monday at 3:27 p.m., troopers from the Milton Barracks responded to a one-vehicle motorcycle crash on Interstate 93 Southbound, prior to Exit two in Canton.{} Initial reports said the driver of a 2007 Yamaha motorcycle had at some point lost control and crashed. The driver, a 33-year-old male from Ashland, was transported to Boston Medical Center where he was determined to be deceased as a result of injuries sustained from the crash. The left two lanes were closed as a result. The remaining facts and circumstances of the crash are currently under investigation by troopers from the State Police Milton Barracks.{} State Police Collision Analysis Reconstruction Section, State Police Crime Scene Services Section, Troopers assigned to the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, Canton Fire/EMS Departments, and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation assisted at the scene.
