Fire damages Pawtucket home
PAWTUCKET, R.I. —
Pawtucket firefighters battled a fire in a vacant home early Saturday morning.
A department spokesperson told NBC 10 the fire started at 179 Mineral Spring Ave. sometime before 1 a.m.
Crews reported finding flames on the first and second floor of the building.
Initial reports said there was a partial floor collapse.
Mutual aid was called.
No injuries were reported.
Fire officials plan to return to the property later Saturday, to try and determine what started the fire.
