Three-alarm fire tears through Fall River building

The Fall River Fire Department responded to the intersection of Green Street and Central Street at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday for a three-alarm fire.

Several people were displaced as a result of the blaze after heavy smoke and flames tore through the three story building. There were no injuries and fire crews report everyone was safely evacuated from the building, including four pets.

The State Fire Marshal is helping to determine the cause of the fire.
