Weekend fundraiser will help farm family

The Hope Valley Indoor Winter Farmers Market is hosting an event to help a family who lost a large number of animals to a fire this week.

On Saturday, March 15, a number of vendors at the Market will donate part of their sales to the Travis Family Farm.

A fire on Monday burned the birthing barn and killed more than 50 animals.

Raffle tickets will also be on sale for prizes donated by local businesses, with proceeds going to the family.

The Travis family had a booth at the Market sometimes to sell Rachyl's Goat Milk Soap.

The Hope Valley Indoor Winter Farmers Market is open Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Richmond Community Center (above the Richmond Police Station) on 1168 Main Street, Wyoming .
