Gallery: 50th Anniversary March on Washington

On Aug. 28, 1963, at least 250,000 people gathered at the Lincoln Memorial for the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom, which became one of the largest political rallies in U.S. history and provided the setting for the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.'s famous "I Have A Dream" speech.

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of this watershed moment in American history we have created a gallery of photos from the past.
