      Grilled Chicken Thighs

      Serves 6

      Ingredients:

      6 chicken thighs

      2 cloves garlic, crushed

      1 teaspoon salt

      1/4 cup lemon juice

      1/2 cup olive oil

      Method of Preparation:

      1.Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Marinate for as long as possible, even overnight.

      2.Thread the thighs onto metal skewers. Place over a hot grill, keeping the ends of the skewers to the edge of the grill. Cook for 18 minutes, rotating often, until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.
