      Hanger Steak

      Serves 4

      Ingredients:

      1 pound hanger steak

      1 cup balsamic vinegar

      1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

      1 1/3 cup brown sugar

      1 tablespoon salt

      Method of Preparation:

      1.Combine all ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Marinade in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.

      2.Preheat grill. Remove steaks from marinade and place on hot grill over high heat. Grill for about 3 minutes per side. Grill until

      done, remove from grill and serve. Hanger steaks are best if they are on the rare side.
