      Grilled Top Round Steak

      Serves 8

      Ingredients:

      2 pounds top round steak

      1/2 cup Italian dressing

      1/4 cup lime juice

      1/8 cup lemon juice

      1/2 teaspoon thyme, minced

      1/2 teaspoon rosemary, minced

      1 tablespoon honey

      Method of Preparation:

      1.Combine all ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours or up to 24 hours, turning

      occasionally.

      2.Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Remove the marinated top round steak from the plastic bag; discard the used marinade; and place the

      steaks on the grill. Cook uncovered, 16 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. To serve, carve the top

      round steak across the grain into thin slices.
