      Hazelnut Puff Pastry Croissant

      Serves 10

      Ingredients:

      1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed

      For the hazelnut filling:

      1 cup hazelnut flour

      1 cup sugar

      3 tablespoons corn syrup

      1 teaspoon cinnamon

      1/2 cup water

      Method of Preparation:

      1.For the hazelnut filling, combine all ingredients.

      2.Cut puff pastry into squares. Pipe the hazelnut filling down the center and fold pastry over, hiding the seam on the bottom.

      3.Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 20 minutes.
