Johnson and Wales has reopened its Culinary Arts Museum, at the Harborside Campus in Providence.
The museum reopens with a new exhibit.
"Sweet Success" will focus on Rhode Island's Sweenor's Chocolates, and the former Salois Dairy in Pawtucket.
Other ice cream, soda fountain, and candy-related artifacts discovered during a year long inventory project will be included in this exhibition.
The museum will be open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
