Kuzu Kol (lamb dish)

Chef Damla Seferoglu of Turkey


1 lb. Lamb leg meat

4 onions

5 cloves of garlic

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Oregano (thyme)

10 Dried Plums

Method of Preparation:

1.Cut onions and add them in pot with 3 to 4 tbsp. of olive oil. Add garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

2.Add lamb leg meat on top of the ingredients and leave it on a low heat for about 3 to 4 hours.

3.Before serving you put the lamb meat in the oven for 15 minutes to roast. Sprinkle oregano (thyme) on top before serving.
