Meatloaf and Beans

Serves 6


1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup evaporated milk

1 teaspoon salt

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon onion, chopped

1/3 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon vinegar

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1 14.5-ounce can baked beans

Method of Preparation:

1.Combine bread crumbs, evaporated milk, salt, beef, and onion. Mix well, then form into a long meatloaf or individual patties. Place on a large piece of foil.

2.In a large bowl, mix ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and beans. Pour over meatloaf and close packet. Bake for 35 minutes on grill.
