Men avoid jail in graffiti case
NEW BEDFORD, Mass. —
Despite defacing 11 downtown buildings in New Bedford, two Providence men will perform community service instead of jail time.
A judge sentenced Reddick Vaughn, 25, and Shawn Marrow, 35, Wednesday. The two men previously pled guilty to graffiti charges.
Not only will they perform community service, but they will also serve three years' probation and pay nearly $4,000 in restitution.
