The Burrillville boy with cancer who captured the hearts of first responders across the country may have a cord blood match.
The mother of Tyler Seddon posted on his Facebook page, "We have 2 cord blood matches for Tyler's transplant."
Last week NBC 10 reported that a person with a possible bone marrow match refused to donate through the appropriate procedure.
Firefighters and police officers from across the country visited Burrillville for Tyler's 7th birthday. He was even appointed honorary chief for the day.
