      Peanut Clusters

      Holiday pastry recipes by Chef Ferron

      Ingredients:

      2 cups Chocolate chips

      1 cup Butterscotch chips

      2 cups dry roasted peanuts

      Method of Preparation:

      1.Combine the chips and melt together over a double boiler or in the microwave (20-30 second increments.)

      2.Stir until smooth. Stir in nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto parchment or wax paper. Refrigerate until hard and serve.
