Pink MLB bats will aid cancer charities on Mother's Day

Bats will be autographed and auctioned off after the games.

Major League Baseball will have a special tribute for breast cancer charities when more than 200 players use pink bats on Mother's Day.

The Louisville Slugger factory is busy this week getting the pink bats ready for Sunday's games.

After the Mother's Day games, MLB players will autograph the bats, which will then be auctioned on the Major League Baseball website

The proceeds from the auction will to go MLB breast cancer charities.

Louisville Slugger is also selling personalized pink bats to the general public.{} A portion of the proceeds, $10 from the sale of each bat will also go to aid the fight against breast cancer.
