Police: Dunkin' Donuts robberies may be connected
Is there a robber targeting Dunkin' Donuts stores around southeastern Massachusetts?
Police think that might be the case after the most recent robbery at a location in Easton.
Investigators say a man jumped the counter and pointed a handgun at two workers at the Washington Street store.
Police said he ordered them to the ground and then left with an undetermined amount of money.
Police say the description, a light-skinned black man with a think build around 5 feet, 10 inches, matches that from other robberies.
Police think the person who robbed the Easton location may have also robbed Dunkin' Donuts locations in seven other areas including Plainville, North Attleborough, Norton, and Raynham.
