      Third man in Hernandez murder case to be arraigned Monday

      The third suspect that has been charged in the murder case against former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez will be arraigned on Monday in Attleborough District Court on a charge of accessory to murder after the fact.

      According to the Bristol County District Attorney's Office, Ernest Wallace was back in the bay state on Friday night after being extridited from Florida.{}

      It is not yet known where Wallace is being held until his hearing on Monday.{}

      A man charged in Florida in the murder case against former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is headed back to Massachusetts.

      According WHDH-TV, Massachusetts officials picked up 41-year-old Ernest Wallace at about 2 p.m. Friday.

      Wallace faces a charge of accessory after the fact in the killing of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd. Wallace surrendered to police at a Miramar, Fla. police station on June 28.

      Lloyd, a semi-pro football player, was found dead near Hernandez's home in North Attleborough. Prosecutors said Hernandez arranged Lloyd's killing because he was upset at him for talking to certain people at a nightclub.

      Hernandez is being held without bail after pleading not guilty to first-degree murder.
