Rhode Island state beaches will be free for the annual Governor's Bay Day.
Entrance fees and parking will be waived all day at state beaches on Sunday.
Gov. Lincoln Chafee says the day is a chance for Rhode Islanders to get out and spend time with family and friends amid the natural beauty of the state's beaches.
