      Steak and Sausage Skewers

      Serves 12


      1/2 cup dry red wine

      1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

      1 clove garlic, crushed

      1/2 cup oil

      2 tablespoons ketchup

      1 teaspoon sugar

      1 tablespoon vinegar

      1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram

      1 pound beef tenderloin, cubes

      12 sausages, sliced

      salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

      Method of Preparation:

      1.In a bowl, combine wine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oil, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, and marjoram. Whisk to combine.

      2.Add tenderloin and sausage, allow to sit for 1 hour.

      3.Assemble the skewers alternating meat and sausages. Place on an oiled grill.

      4.Grill for 7 minutes on each side or until sausage is thoroughly cooked.
