Cranberry Pecan Bread

1 1/2{}cups flour

1{}tsp.{}ground cinnamon

1/2{}tsp.{}ground nutmeg

1{}tsp.{}baking soda

Pinch salt

1 1/2 cups sugar

2/3 cup olive or canola oil

1/2 cup milk

1{}tsp{}vanilla extract

3 large eggs

1 cup chocolate chips{}(optional)

1/2 cup toasted pecans chopped

2/3 cups dried cranberries we used blueberry flavored ones

Method of preparation:

1.Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.2.Spray a loaf pan 9x5 inch with vegetable spray.3.In a bowl, Mix the dry ingredients together, flour,cinnamon,{}nutmeg,{}baking soda and salt and set aside.4.In a large bowl, combine the{}oil,sugar,milk,vanilla{}and eggs and whip until blended.5.Slowly combine the liquids to the flour mixture and mix until blended.6.Add{}the chocolate chips, pecans and the dried blueberries. Mix well and pour into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 min of until a toothpick stuck{}un{}the center of the load comes out clean. Let cool for 15 min. Unmold.
