Tech This Out: Samsung Galaxy S4

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is more than a smartphone.

If you take a look at all of its fancy features, it's more like an Einstein phone.

It has more features than you will know what to do with.

So if you are interested in a serious relationship with your cellphone, now is your chance.

While the hardware isn't quite as nice as the HTC One or the iPhone 5, Samsung went all out on software.

But, let's break down the Galaxy S4's best qualities.

The phone is light and has a beautiful 5-inch 1080p screen.

The Galaxy S4 can track your eyes and sense your gestures through a smart screen.

The screen will stay on as long as you're looking at it. It will also adjust to your angle of sight. When you're reading an article, the screen will scroll as you tilt your head or the phone. This will be a nice feature in the winter when we're all wearing gloves.

If you're watching a video, it will pause if you look away. When it works, it's awesome.

There's also a hand sensor feature - to scroll.

I like the idea of answering the phone, hands free. So, just swipe your hand over the sensor and it will automatically go to speaker phone.

Next up, the camera.

It's a quality 13-megapixel and has 12 different features or settings to enhance videos and pictures.

I like the wish-you-were-here-type shots. Use the front- and rear-facing cameras to create a composite photo or video so you're in the picture too.

If that's not enough, the Galaxy S4 has NFC and will work as a TV remote control.
