Three charged in Central Falls armed robbery

Three men are expected to be arraigned Wednesday in connection with an armed robbery at A&M Wireless on Broad Street in Central Falls.

Police tell NBC 10 they were called to the store Tuesday afternoon for a robbery in progress.

Once at the scene, officers were able to arrest the three suspects. One of them was carrying a loaded .25 caliber handgun.

They've been identified as Jose Quiles, 19, of Providence; Julian Rivera, 21, of Central Falls; and Isael Rodriguez, 19, of Pawtucket.

All were held overnight, and are expected in court Wednesday, on robbery and assault charges.

Merchandise and cash taken from the store was recovered.

Central Falls police are investigating possible links to other crimes.{}{}
