Super Foods: Acai berry bowl

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

3/4 cup assorted berries, such as raspberries, blackberries and blueberries

1 cup almond milk

1 frozen banana

1 tablespoon acai powder

Toppings: shredded coconut, berries, chia seeds, flax seeds,

Chopped nuts, etc.

Method of Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients to blender. On medium speed, blend until ingredients reach a smooth texture.

2. Pour into bowl.

3. Top with desired toppings.
