Clues sought in deadly Massachusetts jet crash
National Transportation Safety Board spokesman Luke Schiada said Sunday that investigators are searching for the cockpit voice recorder and flight data recorder from Saturday's crash at Hanscom Field outside Boston. He says they'll review the pilots' experience and the aircraft's maintenance history.
The 72-year-old Katz was returning to New Jersey from a gathering at the home of historian Doris Kearns Goodwin. Also killed was a next-door neighbor of Katz's, the director of Katz's son's foundation, and the wife of a former New Jersey county prosecutor. The identities of the other victims weren't immediately released.
