Hernandez’s lawyers to appear in court Friday
NBC 10 News has learned that lawyers for Aaron Hernandez will be in court Friday.
His attorneys are seeking an order to stop Massachusetts from getting rid of anything from the cell where Hernandez was found hanged.
NBC 10 also learned that three handwritten notes, as well as a Bible, were found in the cell.
There was no sign of a struggle, according to authorities.
Earlier on Thursday, the medical examiner officially determined that his death was a suicide.
Now, his body is at a funeral home in Watertown.
