A Newport house owned by figure skater Michelle Kwan is on the market for $4.395 million.

Gustave White Sotheby's International Realty describes the home at 63 Hammersmith Road as a "Palladian-style villa originally built in the early 20th century."

The listing says the house, named Casa del Sole, has been "completely renovated with state of the art systems and engineering."

The house has four bedrooms and five bathrooms in about 5,000 square feet of space. The property sits on about 2 acres of land and comes with a pool.

According to real estate records, Kwan and her husband Clay Pell bought the house in 2014 for $1.5 million. Kwan became sole owner in July amid the couple's divorce.

Kwan is a five-time world figure skating champion and won Olympic medals in 1998 and 2002.

Pell is a grandson of Rhode Island's late Democratic U.S. Sen. Claiborne Pell. He unsuccessfully ran for governor in 2014.
