Pawtucket Police arrest 14 in narcotics bust
Pawtucket, R.I. —
The Pawtucket Police Narcotic’s Unit has netted 14 individuals involved in the use and the illegal sale of drugs.
With assistance from the Major Crimes Unit, Patrol Division, Training Division, the Neighborhood Response Unit and the Warwick Police Canine Unit, police executed three court ordered search warrants at 12 Nickerson Street in Pawtucket.
The Pawtucket Police Department received numerous quality of life complaints regarding the illegal use and sale of narcotics at this address.
The search warrants were issued after an ongoing investigation into the illegal distribution of narcotics.
Police say this address was also the subject of a previous search warrant back on February 28th of 2017 where 17 people were arrested for similar charges.
Those arrested were 42-year-old Marquis Moffett of 12 Nickerson Street charged with Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Schedule III Suboxone and Maintaining a Common Nuisance
Twenty-nine-year-old Alyssa Maurelli of 12 Nickerson Street in Pawtucket charged with Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Cocaine and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
Fifty-one-year-old John Ford of 12 Nickerson Street in Pawtucket was charged with Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Deliver and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
Forty-year-old Michael Macewen of 12 Nickerson Street and 30-year-old Rosa Vachon of 12 Nickerson Street were both charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance and had outstanding Superior Court Warrants.
The below listed individuals were all charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance: Bryanna Brown, 27, 124 Brookside Ave. of West Warwick, Brianna Rothermel, 21, of 100 Overlook Dr. of Warwick, Wayne Altman, 31, 120 Juniper St. of East Providence, Mckinley Threats, 24, Homeless, Eujean Montius, 29, Homeless, Austin Beaulieu, 23, Homeless, Tiffany Krich, 35, Homeless, Darwin Stroble, 44, Homeless, Michael Rothermel, 35, Homeless.
