Pedestrian struck in Providence hit-and-run
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) —
A pedestrian was injured in a Providence hit-and-run Tuesday, according to authorities.
Police told NBC 10 News the unidentified person was struck on Delaine Street and suffered minor injuries.
Authorities noted that the driver fled the scene, however, they were able to get a license plate.
Police, who said they located the driver and the vehicle in the Silver Lake area of the city, weren’t sure if the driver will be facing charges.
