Foxboro Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman they say is cashing stolen checks and using a stolen debit card.

In a post on their Facebook page, police say the woman has been seen at several banks across northern Rhode Island using the stolen items. They were stolen from the town of Foxboro.

Police say she is likely part of a larger group who steals purses from vehicles, then uses the victims I.D.’s to obtain cash.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Fitzgerald at 508-543-1212 x221.
