Eighth-grade boys accused of bringing airsoft gun to school
Two eighth-grade boys were arrested Wednesday morning in Massachusetts after they were allegedly found carrying an airsoft pellet gun.
WHDH reported that there was a strong police presence at Bellingham High School.
Administrators were notified, and the gun was confiscated.
School officials said one boy offered to give the gun to a new classmate in the cafeteria.
The Bellingham school resource officer said the pellet gun looks just like the weapon he carries.
The case is headed to court Thursday morning.
