Amazon, Apple, Alphabet report earnings

Amazon's shares are jumping as it reported better than expected earnings. And even though we all know Amazon as online retailer, most of its profits come from its cloud computing business. Apple also delivered record sales and profit. But Google parent Alphabet missed profits and the stock is down.
United Airlines is joining Delta in tightening rules for comfort animals. Owners will have to confirm that their animal is trained to behave in public, and they will need a vaccination form signed by a veterinarian. And don't even try to bring a peacock on board, like a woman in New York did.
