Legoland owner may be interested in SeaWorld

Some oil and gas production has been shut down in the Gulf of Mexico as Tropical Storm Nate approaches. About 15 percent of production has been shut down and employees evacuated. The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement nays natural gas production has also been curtailed. Nate is expected to become a hurricane Saturday and pass through the center of the Gulf, according to the National Hurricane Center. So far oil prices are holding steady.
Walmart is fighting back against Amazon. It's reached a deal with Google on the growing voice ordering market. Users can get a $25 discount for users who purchase their Google home device from Walmart, place an order with the retailer, and link their Walmart account to Google Express.
SeaWorld Entertainment shares surged nearly 10 percent on a report that the owner of Legoland approached the troubled water park operator about a sale. Merlin Entertainments, the U.K.-based owner of Legoland and Madame Tussauds, is interested in just part of SeaWorld and the deal could still fall apart.
