Lowe's, Home Depot looking for workers

Lowe's and The Home Depot plan to hire 130,000 workers as they gear up for their busy spring season. Lowe' is hosting job fairs on Feb. 21 and The Home Depot is rolling out a new platform on for job seekers to set up interviews on electronic devices.
Couples are spending less on their weddings but they are still shelling out big money to walk down the aisle. The Knot says the average U.S. wedding last year was just under $34,000. Couples are saving money by getting married in non-traditional venues like museums, breweries and parks. And black tie weddings have dropped since 2009.
Meanwhile, more brides are also dressing down on their wedding day and that is leading Moody's to downgrade formal bridal chains. Anthropologie, H&M, Asos, and Reformation all have cheaper bridal collections.
Fewer Americans want to be teachers. Career website Zippia says now only 1 in 10 college students are in education. The shift away from education was especially notable among women.
