Attleboro woman crowned Miss Massachusetts
A 22-year-old Attleboro woman was crowned Miss Massachusetts 2015.
Meagan Fuller won the 76th annual Miss Massachusetts Scholarship Pageant in Worcester on Sunday night. She was chosen from 23 contestants.
Fuller was awarded a $11,250 scholarship, and she will compete at the Miss America Pageant in September in Atlantic City, New Jersey. She performed a jazz dance in the talent competition.
Fuller recently completed a master's degree in public health at Tulane University in New Orleans. She received a bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in women's studies from the University of Alabama in 2012. She graduated from Attleboro High School in 2010.
The first runner up was Jillian Zucco of Mattapoisett, competing as Miss Middleborough. She received a $3,000 scholarship.
