CRANSTON, R.I. — Brian Goldner, the president and CEO of Hasbro, announced to employees and shareholders Wednesday that he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
Goldner said he will continue to work full-time and doesn't expect any interruptions with his work schedule. Goldner said doctors have told him that his prognosis is excellent.
The 50-year-old has been the president and CEO of Hasbro since 2008.
Hasbro's stock closed at $50.27, up $0.22 on Wednesday.
