An airborne car crashed into a bank in Brockton early Friday morning and landed upside down.

Rescuers cut the driver from the car. The driver was flown to a Boston Hospital.

The person's name and condition were not available.

The fire department said it appeared the driver missed a turn before the car went airborne and crashed into a Webster Bank branchy.

The building had to be stabilized.
