CVS Pharmacy experiences system connectivity interruptions
Some CVS Pharmacy locations in Southern New England experienced system connectivity interruptions Monday, NBC 10 News confirmed.
“This primarily affected their ability to process insurance claims, but they could continue to fill prescriptions for their patients,” a spokesman noted in an e-mail.
He added that the issue was resolved around 8 p.m.
Meanwhile, a pharmacist told NBC 10 that their system had been out since 2:30 p.m., adding that there is still a three-hour lag for customers.
If you are experiencing an issue, the spokesman advised customers at 1-800-SHOP-CVS.
