Today is another Weather Alert. An Air Quality Alert is in effect as wildfire smoke yet again reaches unhealthy levels, especially this afternoon, although perhaps not quite as bad as Tuesday's smoke. Either way, those sensitive to fine particles in the atmosphere should limit time outdoors.

Today early sunshine will give way to partly sunny and hazy skies this afternoon with a few spotty showers. While not as numerous, and certainly not as powerful, as yesterday's storms, we have the slight risk of a few later this afternoon and evening. Temperatures head into the upper 60s and low 70s as a result of the early sun. Temperatures barely break 70 by Thursday with partly sunny skies, improved skies in terms of the smoke, and some spotty showers.
