Police said officers found Kyle Damon early Wednesday morning sitting in a stolen Chevrolet TrialBlazer in the parking lot of the King Philip apartment complex. Police said Damon was drunk.

Investigators said they found a handgun in a holster on Damon and a loaded AR-15 rifle in the front passenger’s seat. They said he also had two knives.

Police said Damon was charged with possession of a large capacity firearm, two counts of carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, three counts of receiving stolen property over $250, carrying ammunition without a license, and three counts of warrant arrest

Police said Damon complained of chest pains and was taken to Morton Hospital. He will be arraigned after he’s released.
