Warren police said Tuesday that they've charged a man accused of posting a racist sticker at the town dog park.

Police said Zachary Pickering, 22, of Cranston, surrendered on Friday. He was arraigned on one count of vandalism and released on recognizance.

They said the sticker was discovered on April 24. Warren police said a crime lab found Pickering's fingerprints on it.

Similar stickers were discovered in Bristol the same night, and Bristol police have arrested a suspect in that town.

Warren police said they've been working with Bristol police on the case.
